Alerts & Notification Channels
Configure multiple integrations to receive instant alerts when your services experience downtime or issues.
Consecutive Failures Threshold (Recommended: 3)
By default, the system is configured to alert after 3 consecutive failures. This means a notification is sent only if the check fails 3 times in a row. This threshold is crucial to prevent false alarms caused by momentary network congestion, temporary DNS failures, or brief connection blips.
Available Channels
Email Alerts (Brevo)
Send rich HTML alert emails to an address list. Best for keeping formal uptime alert logs for your operations team.
Slack Webhooks
Send real-time alerts directly into your Slack channels using Cloudflare's interactive message layouts.
Discord
Integrate rich embed cards with status-coded colors (red/green) directly into your Discord servers.
Telegram Bot
Receive direct alerts on your phone using Telegram's bot API to send messages to chats, groups, or channels.
Custom Webhooks & MS Teams
Connect to any custom internal tools by sending POST requests with JSON payload variables or native MS Teams connector cards.
How to Configure a Channel
1. Navigate to the **Notifications** section in the main sidebar menu.
2. In the integrations catalog, select the integration card and click **Configure**.
3. Type a friendly name for the channel (e.g. 'Slack Engineering') and fill in the required webhook URL or API tokens.
4. Set your consecutive failures threshold (we recommend 3) and save changes.
5. Click **Test** on the channel in the active list to verify the integration fires a test alert successfully.
